Mr. Levy offers deep experience in the food industry and is adept at cultivating strategic alliances. He served most recently as Senior Vice President for Special Projects at Johnson & Wales University (JWU) an institute he helped grow since 1976. Over the past three decades he managed the university’s expanding relationship with the foodservice and hospitality industry. He has worked on developing and expanding the food cluster with other industries such as health sciences. He spearheaded the campus expansion strategy, including JWU’s move to Charlotte, North Carolina. In earlier years Mr. Levy launched a number of innovative projects for JWU, including JWU global programs, and he started the TV Food Network, which has grown into the juggernaut Food Network we know today.
